Welcome to today’s workout! Follow me through this 10 minute slimming workout. I’ll keep your heart rate up the whole time and keep your body moving to ensure you get into the fat burning mode for the rest of the day!
Today’s workout requires only a jump rope and your bodyweight. We’re going to keep you moving so you burn the maximum amount of calories in this short time span.
Ditch the traditional boring cardio on the treadmill or stationary bike! Try this simple but super effective workout with me. We’re going to do 50 revolutions to start off and then 50 revolutions in between each exercise. Don’t worry if you don’t have a jump rope, you can also just do simulated jump rope and bounce along with me.
