Follow Along Bodyweight Home Workout Circuit

On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, I’m sharing a follow along 15 minute bodyweight full body home workout.

Even though I’m using the TRX for 3 of the 5 bodyweight exercises, I also provide the no equipment exercise alternative, if you don’t have access to TRX straps.

15 Minute Bodyweight Full Body Home Workout

Complete 3 rounds of this 5 exercise circuit.

Reps

Complete each exercise for 30 seconds.

Rest

Take a 30 second break between exercises, then move directly into the next move.

A1. Feet Elevated Shoulder Press Push Up Shoulder Tap

The first exercise in the circuit is the feet elevated shoulder press push up shoulder tap.

Reps: 30 seconds

Rest: 30 seconds

Sets: 3

Tempo: 2011

A2. Single Leg Bench Get Up To Jump Squat

The next exercise is the single leg bench get up to jump squat.

Reps: 15 seconds per leg

Rest: 30 seconds

Sets: 3

Tempo: 10X0

Coaching cues: After 15 seconds of reps on one leg, switch legs and repeat for another 15 seconds.

A3. Feet Elevated TRX Mountain Climbers

The next exercise are the feet elevated TRX mountain climbers.

Reps: 30 seconds

Rest: 30 seconds

Sets: 3

Tempo: As fast as you can, while maintaining proper form.

Non-TRX Exercise Substitution: if you don’t have access to TRX straps, substitute this exercise with the standard mountain climbers on the floor.

A4. Feet Elevated TRX Wide Grip Push Up

The next exercise is the feet elevated TRX wide grip push up.

Reps: 30 seconds

Rest: 30 seconds

Sets: 3

Tempo: 2010

Non-TRX Exercise Substitution: if you don’t have access to TRX straps, substitute this exercise with the standard wide grip push up on the floor.

A5. TRX Inverted Row

The next exercise is the TRX inverted row.

Reps: 30 seconds

Rest: 30 seconds

Sets: 3

Tempo: 2011

Non-TRX Exercise Substitution: if you don’t have access to TRX straps, substitute this exercise with the towel bent over row.
