Instructions
In a glass or water bottle add 2 thick or 4 thin cucumber slices, 2 thick or 4 thin ginger root slices, and a handful of berries including strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries.
Fill up your re-usable glass or water bottle with water, then stir it up.
