On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, I’m so excited for you to see the 44 best bodyweight exercises ever for women.
Yes, this one is for you females.
This video features Jessica and her friend Kelly Collins who is an amazing trainer in San Diego.
In this post, I was also excited to officially announce that the Live Lean TV empire had expanded.
This was when I officially welcomed kick butt fitness personality Jessica Runbaugh, now known as Jessica Gouthro, to the Live Lean TV family.
Even though Jessica first appeared in the 4 Minute Male vs Female Workout Rep Challenge, this was Jessica’s first official video as host of Live Lean TV.
And yes, I admit, even back then, I had a major crush on Jessica.
I mean, what man wouldn’t?
So based on all of this, I think this is the most excited I’ve ever been for a Live Lean TV video, and I wasn’t even really in it.
This post was inspired by another video on YouTube from TeeMajorFitness called the 44 Best Bodyweight Exercises Ever.
So I asked Jessica and Kelly to prove that girls can do it too, by producing the 44 Best Bodyweight Exercises Ever for women version.
Here is an updated version of the 44 best bodyweight exercises.
Here is a list of the 44 best bodyweight exercises ever for women.
Each exercise is linked below with a timestamp to the exact time when the exercise is being shown in the video.
It’s our hope that this inspires women everywhere that strong is sexy.
Jessica and Kelly are both Living Lean and strong.
Plus Jessica brings so much more to the Live Lean TV team other than just having the body of a wonderland.
*John Mayer shout out*
Jessica is also highly educated, with all her fitness certifications, and extremely passionate about helping people Live Lean 365 days a year.
So do me a favor.

A lot of push ups!
Great! 😀
the lalanne is not even close but they are definitely fit.
Most girls would not do these moves there to lazy and they will tell you that hell most guys are to lazy to do most of these moves if not all of these moves.
Ho dovuto aggiornare la pagina tre volte per riuscire a leggere l’articolo. Però è valso la pena aspettare, ho trovato le informazioni che cercavo.
Way to go ladies. If you ever come to Vancouver Canada is love to get together for a workout.
cool moves , added to my favorites
Now this is for the girls. Don’t see much differences in the main and core
workout as the guys part. But still it’s an eyeopener
Leigh has the best vid of 44 for women. Nice try though
Awesome
Awesome! They kicked ass! 😉
wow! i am inspired!! girl power:-) thx
Great videos Brad! Hope you and Jess are doing great! Would love to do a guest spot if you ever need it sometime!
This is good!
wow this video was awesome cant wait try some of these, thanks!
Thanks! Hope you enjoy. It was so fun to film!
Great post – There are some really inventive exercises here. I did notice that the vast majority are “pushing” exercises, which can often lead to muscle imbalance and injury. I always try to build programs that have an equal emphsis on push and pull-exercises.
Other than that, I loved it (and will likely use several of these moves with my clients!) Thanks
Workout is awesome for women! Wondering if you should go for a certain number of repetitions, time or until muscle fatigue?
Hey Ana, for bodyweight exercises you could do any of the above. It’s important to keep switching up this component of your workout. One day take it to failure, another day for reps, and another day for time. Keep the body guessing.
These are so fun! 🙂
Okay that was crazy as heck! Who can do that?,
this is normal since your body is not used to the sugar. If you want to minimize this temporary bloat…just don’t cheat on your diet 😉
Hi Brad, thanks for all of the educated information and sharing your passion with us 🙂 I’ve started HIIT for about a month now, and it has definitely started shaping and toning my body. What I’ve noticed is that after a cheat meal, I bloat like crazy… I mean, like I look pregnant crazy. The thing is, the “tone” or tightness of my abs are still there over the bloat. Am I doing the exercises incorrectly… What actions can I take to minimize or eliminate this? Thanks! =D
Spiderman pushups!!
Oh I’m a big fan of her work as well…why don’t you hook that collaboration up!
Off topic but brad do you know this girl called Zuzkalight on youtube u should challenge her on sumthig
what would you say to someone who cant put to much pressure on their wrists? my current job puts alot of stress on my wrists and i have a hard time putting any weight on them (like doing pushups). thanx 😀
AMAZING, new goal to do all these moves
