Unfortunately, if I had to guess, a lot of you are ignoring these types of superfoods.
This means you’re missing out on a food that can help provide your body with an abundance of healthy nutrients, that also helps to improve your metabolism.
I’m referring to nutrition packed seeds.

If I had to guess a reason why you’re not eating seeds as part of your everyday diet, it’s probably because you don’t know how to incorporate them into your meals.
Now you may be thinking, I’m not a bird dude, how am I supposed to eat seeds?

Not only do chia seeds add a ton of nutrients to your salads, they’re also great to add to your smoothies, since they are excellent at thickening your shake.

If you’re a vegetarian, many people use hemp protein powder as it’s higher in the essential amino acids the body requires to build muscle.
