This means you’re missing out on a food that can help provide your body with an abundance of healthy nutrients, that also helps to improve your metabolism.

I’m referring to nutrition packed seeds.

Seeds are an excellent calorie source to:

  • Improve your hormone levels

3 Ways To Add More Seeds To Your Diet

If I had to guess a reason why you’re not eating seeds as part of your everyday diet, it’s probably because you don’t know how to incorporate them into your meals.

Now you may be thinking, I’m not a bird dude, how am I supposed to eat seeds?

Well, it’s simple, dude:

  1. Add these 5 superfood seeds to your salads
  2. Use these seeds on top of your cooked vegetables and stir fries

If you’re a vegetarian, many people use hemp protein powder as it’s higher in the essential amino acids the body requires to build muscle.

In my 4 Foods to Help You Sleep video, sesame seeds were recommended as they are high in the essential amino acid tryptophan.

Tryptophan is a precursor to serotonin, which is the neurotransmitter involved in sleep.

Sesame seeds are packed full of:

  • Fiber
  • B vitamins
  • Magnesium
  • Zinc

They’ve also been shown to help lower blood pressure.

Although you wouldn’t typically throwback a handful of sesame seeds, you can add them to your salads or grind them up to make tahini, and add it to your meats and vegetables.
