Today I’m sharing my story in hopes that you will avoid the same mistakes I made
I didn’t start getting interested in fitness and nutrition until I was 22 years old. Before that I was just eating whatever I wanted and stayed decently fit just by playing high school sports. But around that time my nutrition was terrible, I was drinking a lot of alcohol, eating greasy foods, not sleeping or exercising much and I noticed my body start to lose its athletic shape. I knew it was time to do something and make changes in my lifestyle, but I didn’t know where to begin. Since I had no money to hire a personal trainer I decided to become one. I learned SO much about training and nutrition from helping others that I eventually learned what worked best for me too and what would be sustainable for the rest of my life.
I love that I now have the opportunity to help others from all over the world with their fitness journeys.
