Follow Along with me for this 7 minute Stretch
Use this before or after workouts, or anytime you need a break or relief from tight muscles
I’ll guide you through a 7 minute dynamic stretching flow.
I love to do this kind of stretching on my days in between workouts or before or after workouts.
Anytime you feel stiff or tight is a great time to refer back to this.
We’ll be following 7 stretch combos, repeating them twice each.
1: Standing Reach Up + Forward Fold
2: Sumo Squat + Twists
3: Samurai Side to Side Lunges
4: Crescent Lunge
5: Deep Squat + Airplane Arms + Hamstring Stretch
6: Standing Shoulder Stretch
7: Standing Tricep & Side Stretch
Hold each stretch for about 2 to 3 deep breaths.
Repeat all stretches 2x per side.
Use this stretch routine any time you feel stiff or tight and it will help tremendously with your ability to recover and stay ready for your next training session.
Taking care of your body is essential to Living Lean because consistency with your training is everything.
It’s great to take at least 1 to 3 rest days per week, but this is the kind of thing you can be doing on your rest days to stay active and prep yourself for the best workout possible the next day.
