Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350F.
In a blender, add 3/4 cup of oats, 1/4 cup of oat bran (or ground flax seeds), 6 egg whites (or 3 whole eggs), 1 serving of chocolate protein powder, 1 tbsp instant coffee, 1 packet of stevia, 1/4 tsp of baking powder, and 1 tsp cacao powder. Blend until smooth.
Pour the batter into a mixing bowl, then add the 2 diced apples, and stir together. How good does that batter look?
You're almost done. Spray an 8x8" baking dish with avocado oil cooking spray, then add the batter so it evenly covers the baking dish.
Once you're ready, put the batter in the pre-heated oven for 30 minutes. Keep checking throughout. Once the 30 minutes is up, remove them from the oven, let it cool, then cut into 8 squares.
