17 Minute Follow Along Low Impact Cardio
No Squatting
No Lunging
No Jumping
Low Impact
Yes, you can do bodyweight cardio WITHOUT jumping.
I will show you how.
We’re going to do 10 rounds of 4 different low impact exercises:
Count your reps as you go, and with each subsequent round reduce the rep number by 2.
Here are the rep counts for each round:
Round 1 = 20 reps of each exercise.
Round 2 = 18 reps of each exercise.
Round 3 = 16 reps of each exercise.
Round 4 = 14 reps of each exercise.
Round 5 = 12 reps of each exercise.
Round 6 = 10 reps of each exercise
Round 7 = 8 reps of each exercise
Round 8 = 6 reps of each exercise.
Round 9 = 4 reps of each exercise.
Round 10 = 2 reps of each exercise.
