On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, I’m sharing the importance of balancing health and happiness, while showing my workout day and epic cheat meal adventure.

Welcome back to another calisthenics track workout.
Most people would probably call this a HIIT cardio day.
While I was working out and getting my gains on the track, Jessica took Bruno for a walk on the street, since dogs were not allowed on the track.
Today’s workout at the track was comprised of the following 13 bodyweight exercises:
Since it was a Saturday afternoon, there was only one other guy at the track.
We had a good talk and chuckle about being the only two people finding the time to get in a workout.
Now it’s time to go home and have some fun.
It’s just me and my main dude Bruno chillin in LA today.
We’re all bachelored up, since Jessica is in San Diego for her baby shower.
Before the basketball game starts, I want to show you what I’m eating for this week’s cheat meal.

The next day, Jessica and I went down to the local training studio for a photoshoot for my Live Lean Strength program.
That’s right, it’s time to get strong.
First step of the photoshoot is to get the background composition right.
Since there is no clear wall, it’s difficult to get the right composition with all the clutter in the background.
To overcome this issue, we had Jessica stand on a platform to get an overhead shot of my barbell deadlift.
This is one of the things we deal with, since our business doesn’t have a professional studio to shoot at.
After we got the photos, it was time to workout and move some weight, for real.
Even though the vascularity in my forearms looked like train tracks from all the photos, a full workout was still needed.
Jessica did a workout from her Live Lean pregnancy workout program.
I also shot a whole pile of exercise demonstration videos for our Live Lean TV Daily Exercises YouTube Channel and exercise database on the blog.
