Place a towel or sliders on the floor and get into a plank position with your toes on the slider and forearms planted on the floor, with your elbows directly underneath your shoulders.
Contract your abs throughout the movement to ensure your hips don’t sag.
If your hips do begin to sag during the movement, you’re taking the range of motion to far.
Squeeze your glutes, hamstrings, and quadriceps, then while maintaining a straight line from your head to the back of your feet, push yourself back with your forearms and elbows to slide the towel or sliders back.
