In today’s episode of Live Lean TV, I demonstrate how to follow my Build a Butt workout program at home.
In this video I’m following Combo Workout 1 from Phase 3 of my Build a Butt training guide.
This program uses no equipment other than a chair.
Fortunately you and your body are all you need to get a great booty workout.
Follow this workout if you want to feel your booty become tighter, more lifted, and more toned.
All of these exercises can be done at home in your living room.
