Simple Travel Hack To Avoid Getting Sick On Vacation

Let’s be honest.

Vegetables get you lean.

However, are you eating enough vegetables in the day?

I’m going to call you out and say, probably not, especially when you are traveling for work or going on vacation.

In most cases, you just don’t eat as well as you should, when you’re traveling.

Trust me, I get it.

It happens to me too.

Here’s Why You Get Sick While Traveling

Did you know poor food choices not only decreases the amount of nutrients you’re consuming, it may also deplete your body further of stored vitamins and minerals.

This nasty combination makes it open season for your body to get sick, which always seems to happen to me when I’m traveling.

Here’s my hack on how to:

  • Overcome getting the cold while traveling.
  • Kill the early symptoms whenever you feel a cold coming on.

When most people feel the first signs of cold symptoms, they either:

  • Accept the fact that they’re going to get sick.
  • Run to the drug store to take unhealthy, over-the-counter drugs, that just mask the symptoms.

Not me.

I don’t do what most people do when they feel early symptoms of the cold.

I prefer to reverse the symptoms of the cold, by fighting back.

I give my immune system exactly what it needs to fight off the cold, before I actually get it.

How do I do that?

I consume this special greens powder, called AG1, that acts as my superfood cocktail.

Now you may be saying, “But Brad, I already take a multivitamin from Costco”.

Ok, that’s fine, but here’s the thing.

In my opinion, a greens powder tends to be more nutrient rich than most multivitamins.

The greens powder that I take is filled with 12 servings of fruits and vegetables.

It’s also jam-packed with over 70 organic whole foods, enzymes, vitamins, minerals, and probiotics.

Consume 12 Servings of Fruits and Vegetables in 30 Seconds When Traveling

This means if I have an off day of eating, or I’m traveling, I can be sure that I will still hit my nutritional needs.

All I need to do is simply take 30 seconds to mix this greens powder with water, then chug it back and enjoy the deliciousness.

I’ve been showing you this drink on my Snapchat, and I’ve also done other videos about it.

How To Eat More Vegetables When You Don't Like Them

I classify my greens powder as one of the foundational supplements I take all year round.

This greens powder is the perfect travel companion because it:

  • Gives me natural energy
  • Strengthens my immune system
  • Tastes good compared to the other greens powders which honestly taste like bad breath

Rather than wasting your money on over the counter medication, I want you to follow my lead and try my favorite greens powder, called AG1.

You’re going to love it.
