Should you have a cheat meal this weekend?
That’s what I’m covering on today’s episode of Live Lean TV.
So here’s the deal.
The weekend is almost here.
Now it’s time to reflect and ask yourself the following.
Did you earn a cheat meal this weekend?
That’s right, I’m often asked, should you have a cheat meal this week?
I usually say this about cheat meals.
On occasion you can enjoy ice cream, chocolate, or alcohol, as long as you earn it, by passing this cheat meal test.

Did you kick butt this week with your workouts and meals?
In other words, have you been consistent with:
If so, enjoy whatever cheat meal you desire such as:
Check out my recent episode of Food Wars, where I share the best type of alcohol to drink, to minimize any potential setbacks with your body transformation goals.
I personally like to use cheat meals as a reward for eating clean, moving my body, and staying consistent with my program throughout the week.
When I accomplish these things, that’s when I give myself permission to enjoy my favorite cheat meal.
However, if I slipped up through the week, by eating an unhealthy meal, I consider that my weekly cheat meal.
Or if I skipped my workouts throughout the week, I classify that as not earning my cheat meal.

A treat meal for me is a few gluten-free corn chips with melted cheddar cheese… homemade salsa and homemade guacamole. Heaven
