On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, I’m showing you how to make a spinach egg muffin cups recipe.
This is an easy breakfast recipe when you’re in a hurry.
But first, let me set the scene for you.
Let’s say you accidentally slept in, and now you are late for work.
If having your boss flip out at you for being late wasn’t bad enough, you’re also feeling super hungry.
Be honest.
If so, I bet you reached for the nearest box of cereal because you thought it was the only thing to do, right?
Was it Tony The Tiger’s poison or the “healthier” box with the special letter of the alphabet on it?
Is a bowl of cereal the best fast breakfast option?
No.
Definitely not.
This situation has also happened to me too, but since I’ve removed boxed cereal from my diet, I had to get more creative with my quick breakfast recipes.
So next time you sleep in, take a deep breath, because I have your back.
I’m going to show you how to make a spinach egg muffin cups recipe, so you can eat breakfast quickly, and fuel your body with delicious muscle building and fat burning foods.
Even when you think you’re late for work.
Yes, you’ll still be able to get to work before your boss yells at you.
So how do we use these ingredients to make spinach egg muffin cups?
We’re going to follow a simple breakfast recipe from my Eat Clean Live Lean Cookbook and make this delicious meal, very fast!
Open up the Eat Clean Live Lean Cookbook on your computer, mobile phone, or tablet.
Quickly find the breakfast recipe by going to the egg section in the table of contents.
Click on the linked recipe name and it’ll take you directly to the recipe page.
It’s that simple.
The version of this recipe found in the Eat Clean Live Lean Cookbook uses a microwave.
However, if you don’t want to use a microwave, I’m showing you a modified variation of the recipe using the oven.
This is still a very quick way to make these spinach egg muffin cups.
I’m also doubling up the original recipe, because I know how hungry you are 😃.
Or if you’re not that hungry, this is another example of cooking in bulk, when you can.
These spinach egg muffin cups will keep you feeling full, and your fat burning hormones will be having the party of their lives.
Here’s how it’s done.
Check out how I put together this fast and easy breakfast recipe.

These spinach egg muffin cups are an excellent quick breakfast recipe option.
Simply bake the egg muffins while you’re showering, brushing your teeth, putting your deodorant on, or whatever you have to do in the morning.
Then go back to the oven and it’s ready to go in about 10-15 minutes, depending on your oven.
Put the egg muffins in some glass storage food containers and you are set and ready to go.
Yummy.
Lastly, like every good meal, we take a picture and post it on Instagram.
Follow me there too.
Now it’s time to go to work.
Just make sure you have pants on first though 😆.
