I know I haven’t shown you what I’ve been doing in my kitchen lately, so that’s what you’re going to get today.
I’m also going to show you a week’s worth of my workouts, by sharing a daily montage of all the exercises I’ve been doing throughout the week.
Before I show you that, I want to share a quick little meal.
I’m attempting a food challenge where I try cooking a meal with random ingredients from an almost empty fridge.

Today I’m here at the track with my videographer Marc and professional track athlete Steven Benedict.
Since you’ve been asking, we filmed an episode of Live Lean TV sharing sprint tips and technique for faster fat loss.
Steven is training me by pointing out all of the weak points with my sprinting technique.
Yes, there are a lot.
Essentially this is going to teach you how to get more out of your sprint workouts.

I briefly introduced Jason on the vlog, however my camera died.

I love the message, however I had to cut off the arms of the t-shirt since we live in LA, and it is hot.
I hope you keep up the entrepreneurial hustle Jason, while still being humble as well.
