On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, we’re sharing a healthy Costco grocery shopping haul to build muscle and burn fat.
As we walked past the bakery section, I asked Jess if she wanted some chocolate cake.
She said she didn’t want it because it looked too dangerous.
The fresh baked pumpkin pie also looked good.
Even though the first ingredient listed was pumpkin, the second ingredient was sugar.
That’s a pass, especially since I have this easy and delicious healthy paleo pumpkin recipe, that we can make ourself.
I was also disappointed to see Costco only had farmed salmon, rather than wild salmon.
That’s another pass.
My favorite kind of red wine is pinot noir.
Based on this, my friend, who is a wine connoisseur, recommended I try the Meiomi Pinot Noir.
Therefore, I was excited to see Costco had it in stock for $15.95.
I also picked up a bottle of Greg Norman Estates Pinot Noir, just because it’s Greg Norman.
