When it comes to food, especially healthy proteins like wild salmon, it’s very time saving to cook in bulk.
Cooking in bulk doesn’t take any extra time, and it ensures you have access to delicious and healthy food throughout the day.
For this recipe, I have four fillets of wild salmon.
By cooking them in bulk, it’ll provide me with 4 different servings of wild salmon over the week.
I simply add the leftovers in glass Tupperware and store it in the fridge.
Rather than having to repeat the baking process over and over again, I can simply go the fridge and the wild salmon is ready to eat.
This Lemon Pepper Wild Salmon recipe only takes seconds to prepare, as it only requires a dash of few healthy spices.

Depending on the size of the wild salmon fillets, I have enough to get about 40 grams protein.
