The Dumbbell Lateral Shuffle Walk To Squat is a great glute exercise to improve leg endurance, agility, and athleticism.
To get started:
Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width and hold a dumbbell in front of your chest, by turning it sideways and holding it at its ends with both hands.
Lower your body into a squat position with your thighs parallel to the floor.
This is the starting position.
Shuffle 2 steps to one side, then stop and press your legs through the floor to get back to standing.
