How To Do A Dumbbell Lateral Shuffle Walk To Squat Correctly

The Dumbbell Lateral Shuffle Walk To Squat is a great glute exercise to improve leg endurance, agility, and athleticism.

To get started:

  1. Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width and hold a dumbbell in front of your chest, by turning it sideways and holding it at its ends with both hands.
  2. Lower your body into a squat position with your thighs parallel to the floor.
  3. This is the starting position.
  4. Shuffle 2 steps to one side, then stop and press your legs through the floor to get back to standing.
  5. Shuffle 2 steps back to the other side.
  6. That’s one rep.
  7. Repeat for reps.
