How To Do A Kettlebell Around The Body Pass Correctly

The Kettlebell Around The Body Pass is an excellent exercise that may look simple, but when you properly lock down your core, and prevent your hips from moving, you’ll get an incredible core strengthening workout.

To get started:

  1. With a hip width stance, hold the kettlebell by the handle with both arms hanging down in front of your body.
  2. Release one of your hands from the kettlebell, and pass the kettlebell from one hand to the other behind your back, then bring it back around to the front of your body to complete a circle.
  3. Ensure your core is activated to reduce as much movement in the hips as possible.
  4. Complete all the reps moving in one direction, then switch directions and repeat.
