While holding a medicine ball close to your body at chest level, stand with your feet positioned just outside of shoulder width.
Begin the squat by pushing your hips back and bending your knees while keeping the medicine ball close to your chest.
Once your thighs are at least parallel to the ground, press your feet through the ground to push your body back to standing, while pressing the medicine ball overhead at the same time.
In a continuous motion, reverse the movement by lowering the medicine ball back to your chest, as you lower back down into another squat.
