The Medicine Ball Toe Touch is an exercise that primarily targets the abs.
To get started:
Lie down with your back on the floor, with your arms extended flat over your head holding the medicine ball.
Raise your extended legs so they are perpendicular to the floor.
While keeping your legs straight and stationary, and your arms straight, contract your abs to lift up your torso and arms to touch your toes with the medicine ball.
Under control, slowly lower yourself back to the beginning position and repeat.
