How To Do A Kneeling Swiss Ball Ab Rollout Correctly

The kneeling Swiss ball ab rollout is a fantastic core strengthening exercise.

To get started:

  1. Kneel down in front of a Swiss ball with your ankles crossed and feet lifted off the floor.
  2. With your torso upright and arms extended, clench your hands together with your palms facing each other, and lean forward to place your hands on top of the swiss ball.
  3. Ensure your back is flat and not sagged by keeping your abs contracted throughout the entire movement.
  4. Roll forward with your forearms, extend your hips, and contract your abs to pull your chest towards the swiss ball.
  5. Once your body forms a straight line from your shoulders to your knees, contract your abs hard to pull the swiss ball back to the beginning position, with your hands back on top of the swiss ball.
  6. Repeat.
