How To Do A Swiss Ball Walk Up Correctly

The Swiss Ball Walk Up Sit Up is a variation of the traditional swiss ball sit up where your feet move during the exercise.

This movement requires even more core strength to keep you stable.

To get started:

  1. Lie with your upper back and shoulders on top of a swiss ball, with your knees bent at 90 degrees, and your feet planted into the floor, hip width apart.
  2. Place your hands crossed in front of your chest, and keep your abs contracted throughout the movement.
  3. Start by walking your feet towards the swiss ball as you raise your torso, keeping the contraction on your abs the entire time.
  4. Then reverse the movement by walking your feet away from the swiss ball, until your upper back and shoulders are on top of the swiss ball.
  5. Repeat.
