How To Do Dumbbell Thrusters Exercise Demonstration Video and Guide

Dumbbell Thrusters are a fantastic total body exercise that primarily targets your quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and shoulders.

To get started:

  1. Get in a shoulder width stance, while holding a pair of dumbbells with your palms facing in, next to your shoulders.
  2. To begin the squat movement, sit back with your hips until your thighs are parallel to the ground.
  3. Press your feet through the ground to stand back up, while simultaneously pressing the dumbbells over your head.
  4. Continue the movement by lowering the dumbbells back to your shoulders, while lowering into the squat again.
  5. Repeat.
