How To Do Reverse Seal Jacks Correctly

Reverse Seal Jacks, similar to jumping jacks, are an excellent full body cardio exercise that can be used to warm up the body, as part of a HIIT workout, or they can be used at the end of the workout as a workout finisher.

To get started:

  1. Start with your feet hip width apart and your arms extended out to the sides at shoulder level.
  2. Hop to spread your feet wide, while clapping your hands with extended arms in front of your chest.
  3. Immediately return to the beginning position and repeat for reps.
  4. If you have difficulty with this coordination, an easier modification is the traditional seal jack where you spread your legs and your arms at the same time.
