This 10 Minute Workout will have you burning fat and toning your arms
This workout only takes 10 minutes but it targets the two problems leading to excess arm fat.
1). Fat Burn by keeping yourself moving and doing jump rope between each exercise.
2). Arm Toning by doing exercises that work the arms, chest, back and shoulders.
These short high-intensity workouts are best for getting results fast, but if you are new to working out then take it at your own pace and modify the exercises to your level.
