On today’s vlog episode of Live Lean TV, I’m showing you how to make a homemade natural teeth whitening paste with coconut oil and more.
This is Live Lean Life Vlog ep. 03.
The slow cooker makes meal prep so easy, since it turns your meat into multiple delicious meals, every time.
One of our favorite slow cooker meats is the seasoned tri-tip from Costco.
Since the meat is already seasoned, you don’t even need a slow cooker recipe.
Just add the seasoned tri-tip to the slow cooker and add 1/4 cup of water.
Add the top to the slow cooker, then set to low heat for 8 hours.
It only takes a few seconds to prepare.
After approximately 8 hours, the slow cooker meat is done.
Go buy a slow cooker so you can start adding more protein to your diet, by cooking your meat in bulk, in just a few seconds of your time.

I went down to the Playa Vista Sports Field to workout on the artificial turf soccer field and shoot a few exercise demonstration videos.
One of the benefits of filming these exercise demonstration videos every day is it keeps me loose, mobile, and feeling good.
I filmed the following two bodyweight exercises:
After that, I moved over to the basketball court to shoot a couple hoops.
Once I finished playing basketball, I went home to make a post workout meal.
You know how I like to eat after a workout.
I wanted to make this sweet potato pancakes recipe, however we didn’t have any eggs, since I used all of them in this morning’s broccoli quiche recipe.
This broccoli quiche is another recipe we shared with our Team Live Lean members.
You may think quiche is a tough and long recipe to make, however this recipe is so simple and delicious.

This is a classic example of learning how to manage your meal plan, by using what you have.
I’m oil pulling.
Even though you’re supposed to swish the oil in your mouth for 20 minutes, I don’t think I’m going to be able to do it.
Oil Pulling Tip: it’s easier to do when you don’t talk.
Yes, this means you have to go a whole 20 minutes without talking.
To be honest, my oil pulling experiment only lasted 30 seconds.
Since I didn’t come close to the full 20 minutes, I’m going to try and make a coconut oil paste instead.
I’m doing this because I was asked by Men’s Health Magazine to write about weird ways to fix your look, using homemade products.
A lot of people ask me about teeth whitener, so I’m going to try to make my own teeth whitener.
Let’s see what I come up.
