On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, I’m showing you how to make a lemonade recipe without sugar, and a lemon tea that is great for hangovers.
Simply add raw honey to make a calming lemon tea recipe or add stevia for a healthy lemonade recipe without sugar.
When you are hungover, you are severely dehydrated, which is why it’s important to drink lots of water.
Adding some alkalizing lemon juice to your water will also help your liver.
You can also add healthy natural sweeteners like honey and stevia to add more sweetness, thus helping you drink more water to re-hydrate.
