On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, I’m showing you how to make an easy chicken kebab recipe on the grill with a healthy marinade.

Rather than frying your chicken into a dry and tasteless mess, I want you to change it up with this easy chicken kebab recipe.

  • 1 lbs chicken breast (cut up into bite sized cubes)
  • 1/2 cup avocado oil
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 diced garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp pink himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 3 cups brussel sprouts (slice in half lengthwise)
  • 1/2 red onion (cut into bite sized chunks)

How To Make An Easy Chicken Kebab Recipe With Marinade
Instructions
  1. Cut 1 lbs of chicken breast into bite sized cubes, then add it to a medium sized marinating bowl.
  2. In the marinating bowl, top the chicken breast with 1/4 cup avocado oil, 1/2 tsp lemon zest, 1/8 cup lemon juice, 1 diced garlic clove, 1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper.
  3. Stir it up, cover the bowl, then store in the fridge to marinate for 60 minutes.
  4. Cut the ends off of 3 cups of brussel sprouts, slice them in half lengthwise, then add them to a medium sized marinating bowl.
  5. Cut 1/2 red onion into bite sized chunks then add it to the marinating bowl.
  6. In the marinating bowl, top the vegetables with 1/4 cup avocado oil, 1/2 tsp lemon zest, 1/8 cup lemon juice, 1 diced garlic clove, 1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper.
  7. Stir it up, cover the bowl, then store in the fridge to marinate for 60 minutes.
  8. Pre-heat the BBQ grill to a medium high heat of 375F.
  9. After 60 minutes of marinating, add the chicken and vegetables to the skewers.
  10. Add the chicken kebabs to the BBQ and grill for 3-4 minutes per side.
  11. Flip after 3-4 minutes, then remove the chicken kebabs from the grill.
  12. Take a bite and yell, "Damn That's Good!".
