On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, we’re answering a viewer question who asked, what would you pick if you could only eat one type of protein, carbohydrate, and fat for the rest of your life?
Today’s viewer question is from #AskLiveLeanTV Ep. 017.
Here’s today’s viewer question:
@LiselleC on Twitter says:
If you could only eat one type of protein, carb, and fat for the rest of your life, what would you pick?
Brad: Okay, let me do this because I’m more decisive 😄.
Jess: I know, I’m just going to sit here and debate about it.
Brad: For protein, I’ll go with slow-cooked tri-tip.
Jess: Yeah, tri-tip is a bomb.
Jess: Maybe mine would be filet mignon.
Brad: Okay.
Jess: Can I be fancy?
Brad: For my carbohydrate, I would probably go mango.
For my fat source, it’s a toss up between avocado, macadamia nuts, or dark chocolate.
Jess: Oh, that’s good too.
My carbohydrate would probably be some kind of fruit, because I really can’t live without fruit.
Which fruit would I pick?
I’m really loving white peaches, so maybe that would be my carbohydrate.
My fat would probably be peanut butter.
Brad: Oh yeah, that’s a good one.
Jess: However, I wouldn’t want to eat those three items together.
Brad: Yeah.
Jess: That would be gross.
Brad: However, let’s be real.
If I could only eat one thing, it would be pizza.
That covers all of them.
Jess: Let’s be real 😂.
