On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, we’re vlogging our health and fitness journey to show you how we are Living Lean 365 days a year.
This is Live Lean Life Vlog ep. 01.
If you are new to our Live Lean TV YouTube channel or have never seen our vlogs on our BradGouthroTV YouTube channel, we’re considering bringing the vlogs back to Live Lean TV.
Showing you how we Live Lean 365 days a year is what Live Lean TV is all about.
We’re not perfect, we’re not in the kitchen or at the gym all day.
We’re doing other things and living life just like you.
However, we’re doing it in a way that allows us to maintain our health.
These vlogs show how we do it, so you can do the same thing.
Sure, walking is a good form of cardio.
However, going for a walk is one of the best things, not only for your body, but also for your mind.
The combination of moving your body, the fresh air, and the vitamin D from the sun, allows you to get more clarity on the things you’re thinking about.
If you’re working in front of a computer all day, like I do, being outside is a great way to invigorate yourself.
Yes, both Jessica and I are in front of the computer most of the day.
Unlike what a lot of people may think, we are not spending our entire day in the gym or kitchen.
Going for walks has been one of the game changers for me, which I’ve implemented since rescuing our dog Bruno.
In addition to walking, I also like to use the swimming pool as my treadmill.
I first started taking AG1 back in 2013 and I’ve taken it everyday for the last 3 years.
It’s a supplement I recommend if you are:
I highly recommend it, so here’s a link to AG1 if you want to check it out.

Adding L-glutamine is optional, however it is also really good for digestion, and supports gut health and bacteria.
You can also add fish oil to increase your consumption of omega-3s.

Being a fitness professional, I hate sitting all day.
I used to sit so much when editing videos and writing blog posts.
It felt like I was in a seat more than I was moving around.
Now that I work at a stand desk, it feels like I stand all day.
To cushion my feet, I have an anti fatigue mat on the floor.
Before I had this, I used to stand on a rolled up yoga mat.
Whenever I want to sit for the day, I just press the down arrow button on my stand desk and it goes down.
Since I don’t sit as much working anymore, I’ve noticed a big change in the tightness of my hip flexors.
In addition to standing more, I’m also doing a lot of stretching at the gym.
With this combination, my hips don’t feel as tight anymore.
Standing while working has been a game changer for me.
I’ve been sharing a lot of exercise demonstration videos for you.
These exercises will really help you get outside the box, by adding new moves to your workouts.
I started putting those videos on our Live Lean TV YouTube channel and our Live Lean TV Facebook page.
However, I found the videos didn’t get a lot of traction, since they are only 30-60 second exercise demos.
Based on this, I decided to upload them to a different YouTube channel called Live Lean TV Daily Exercises and the Live Lean TV blog.
Speaking of the blog, a lot of you probably don’t even know about our blog.
I’ve been blogging since 2010, so it’s loaded with content.
To date, we have over 1600 blog posts, including:
If you’re not continually checking out our blog, you’re missing out.
If there are any exercise demonstration videos you want to see, put it in the comments section down below.
I’d be happy to film a 30-60 second exercise demonstration, and post it on the Live Lean TV Daily Exercises YouTube channel, and the blog for you, so you can start making your gains.
If you ever have questions, here’s what I want you to do:
Bottom line.
Our content is accessible everywhere, however you can easily find what you’re looking for on our blog.
Enjoying a well earned cheat meal does not mean you are sabotaging your diet.
Here’s a video post of Jessica and I sharing a date night food vlog where we were indulging in a well-earned guilt-free cheat meal and drinks.
