The recipe instructions in the Eat Clean Live Lean Cookbook has you making burger patties.
However, for this beef burrito paleo lettuce wraps recipe, we’re going to crumble up the ground beef, so we can use it in the paleo lettuce wraps.

What cooking spray do you use? Also, how many of these wraps would you
normally eat as a whole meal? 🙂
A lot of you one here are talking about oil note stay away from vegetable
oil. Use Red palm oil or coconut oil. Don’t get confused with palm oil
that isn’t good for you, it has to be red palm oil.
Brad… It’s pronounced WOOSTER sauce!! Good stuff
Brad I’m a little newer to the fitness world, a year ago I was eating tons
of fast food, drinking SEVERAL fountain size or even bottles of soda
(mostly dark) per day. I finally stopped the soda habbit for the past 8
months (switched to teas and juice shortly) been drinking tons of water the
past 6 months and I have been switching to eating healthier. I stumbled
across this video and I’m curious, if your adding ground beef to any recipe
is there a certain kind I should be looking for? I have really been trying
to stick with baked or grilled chicken, even considering fish but I am
still learning alternatives and better choices with everything from butter
to bread. I do HIIT exercises and I find it extremely hard to lose weight
still so my diet is my hugest concern at the moment. Thanks in advance.

cooking spray is so disgusting.
Cooking is all about the fats, if you only use such a tiny amound, you
loose most flavour potential.
Butter is pretty much always the best solution! (use what we call butter
lard in germany, concentrated butter^^)
What spraying oil do you use? I am a bit anxious using the vegetable oils
:/
If you’d cook the meat first, you could avoid using the cooking spray all
together, and cook the vegetables in the Greece from the meet. It gives a
lot better flavor, and you don’t have to add the cooking spray at all…..
Jalapeño peppers
amazing video brad!!!
i want to suck your cock brad. please give it to me.
