On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, I’m showing you how to make a healthy waffle recipe, using a waffle maker.
Welcome back to kitchen.
Today I’m teaching you how to eat waffles, without suffering from the typical post-waffle bloating, that comes from eating white flour.
Most waffle recipes are filled with unhealthy fattening ingredients and chemicals.
However, here at Live Lean TV, we take everyday food, and Live-Lean-ify it by replacing the unhealthy ingredients, with healthy fat burning natural foods to get lean.
This quick and simple healthy waffle recipe uses real healthy ingredients.
Plus, if you’re looking to lose weight, you can eat these sweet and savory waffles, while maintaining a flat belly.
These are the kinds of cooking lesson recipe videos our Team Live Lean Inner Circle Members enjoy inside of their weekly meal plans.
If you’re not yet a Team Live Lean member, you are missing out.
Before we get cooking, let’s check out the ingredients in today’s sweet and savory paleo flat belly waffles recipe.
Note: here’s an amazon link to the waffle maker we use.

Nice. Can’t wait to try these.
Made these waffles today. They were very good and filling. I actually
thought they tasted best at room temperature. I used left-overs as “bread”
to make a chicken sandwich later on. Thanks for sharing.
What do you think about soy products like
Vegan sausage name is tofuky or something i bought it at safeway.
High in protein but also expensive i am thinking about eating that instead
of regular chicken
Snap yo! This sounds like a GiGi-Recipe! 😀
When are we doing another collab??? I am back in LA for awhile now! No more
out of country trips for a little while – ha ha.
Will this much coconut oil not be fattening? I am just 5ft tall and need
only 1200 cal daily.
I don’t have a waffle maker, so I tried this recipe as a pancake mix. They
came out a bit grittier than ordinary pancakes, but still quite good. Good
work, Brad!

I’m allergic to coconut ?

a Little touch of Canadian. Hehe. Thanks for vid.

The ingredients list is different on the recipe than on the video, which is right? there is no coconut oil listed in the recipe?
It’s all corrected now to match the video.
