Make Paleo Flat Belly Waffles (Sweet and Savory)
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the waffle maker.
  2. Add the following ingredients to your blender jar: 4 whole eggs, 1 tbsp of ground flax seed, 1/4 cup of coconut oil, 1/4 cup of coconut flour, 2 tbsp of coconut milk, a dash of sea salt, 1 tsp dash of vanilla extract for flavor, and lastly 1/4 tsp of baking soda to make the waffles fluffy.
  3. Add the jar to the blender and blend it up. The proper batter consistency should be pasty, meaning it's not too liquidy or too thick. As you pour the batter, it should just flow into the waffle maker. If the consistency of the waffle batter is too thick, you may need to add a little more coconut milk or water.
  4. Open the cover of the waffle maker and spray the top and bottom grill with the coconut oil cooking spray.
  5. Use a 1/3 measuring cup to scoop and pour the waffle batter into the waffle maker. Depending on the size of your waffle maker, you may need 1-2 scoops to fill the waffle iron. Use a fork to flatten and spread out the batter evenly.
  6. Shut the top of the waffle maker and cook for approximately 5 minutes, or until done.
  7. You're almost done. Open the waffle maker to take a peek. If it's ready, use a fork to gently peel the corner of the waffle up to remove it from the waffle maker. It should come out nice and simple.
  8. Add the waffles to a plate and top it off with 1 tsp of maple syrup. You don't need to use a lot, since there is already a lot of flavor in this waffle recipe.
  9. Finally, add a side of Canadian back bacon to the plate.
  10. Take a bite and yell, "Damn that's good!".

  1. Made these waffles today. They were very good and filling. I actually
thought they tasted best at room temperature. I used left-overs as “bread”
to make a chicken sandwich later on. Thanks for sharing.

  2. What do you think about soy products like

Vegan sausage name is tofuky or something i bought it at safeway.

High in protein but also expensive i am thinking about eating that instead
    of regular chicken

  3. Snap yo! This sounds like a GiGi-Recipe! 😀

When are we doing another collab??? I am back in LA for awhile now! No more
out of country trips for a little while – ha ha.

  4. Will this much coconut oil not be fattening? I am just 5ft tall and need
    only 1200 cal daily.

  5. I don’t have a waffle maker, so I tried this recipe as a pancake mix. They
came out a bit grittier than ordinary pancakes, but still quite good. Good
    work, Brad!

  6. Definitely gonna try these. I have all ingredients already. Everyone needs
a Little touch of Canadian. Hehe. Thanks for vid.

  7. The ingredients list is different on the recipe than on the video, which is right? there is no coconut oil listed in the recipe?

  8. Damn I love this channel!!
I’ll add some egg whites covered with a little salsa and a huge ice cold
lemon water in the morning with these! Keep em coming Brad

  9. My breakfast tomorrow morning…gotta do some scrambled eggs with though.
    Thanks once again

  10. Great recipe Brad I own a waffle maker and I didn’t know what to do with
it. Now I do. Thanks buddy and keep those snap chats coming ??????

  11. These look like actual waffles! So many “healthy” variances that taste as
bad as they look. I can’t wait to try this weekend!
