On today’s episode, I’m going to get outside of my comfort zone and share my biggest insecurities.
Since my viewers share their fears, desires, and aspirations with me, I thought I’d share my fears and confessions with you.
Believe me, I’m not perfect.
I once was confused and frustrated with my lack of results as well.

When times get tough, people often isolate themselves, thinking they’re the only ones in the world with problems.
I’m sharing my insecurities with you, in hopes of helping at least one person realize that, you’re not alone.
Regardless of how happy I may come off on camera, I’ve experienced rough times as well, and still do.
In fact, I suffered from low self-esteem as a kid.
I was very self conscience about my skinny arms, my flabby belly, and my skin.
I was also very intimidated to even step foot in the gym.
I stepped out of my comfort zone, and continue to do it every day.
This is how I’m going to ensure I reach all my goals, no matter how big they are.
Keep reading, as I tell you about one of those big goals below.
I’ll also share my dreams, insecurities, fears, and to lighten it up, a few fun things about me that you probably never knew.
It bugs me when people say I just have good genetics.
Have you seen my “before” pictures?
I get out of my comfort zone every day to achieve my goals.
10-15 years ago I suffered from low self-esteem and self-image issues.
To be honest, I still get nervous taking my shirt off today!!
I had my first kiss in grade 5 with a girl named Lisa Wilson.
I think Lisa follows my Facebook Fitness Page.
How you doin’?
Kidding (as I point to my wedding ring) 😁.
I was once asked to be on a “bachelor” show.
But I turned it down.
Although, it is one of my goals to be on a healthy lifestyle show!
My mission online: help 1,000,000 men, women, and families, move their bodies more and eat higher quality food.
I’m a little bit of a momma’s boy.
But just a little ☺.
I got in trouble on a grade 9 trip after the guys in my room raided the mini bar.
To this day I still plead my innocence.
My parents didn’t know where I was.
I wasn’t innocent this time.
I also suffered from bad acne as a teen and my first few years of university.
This really hurt my self confidence even more.
One of my most embarrassing moments was being “pants’d” while hangin from a chin up bar (underwear came down too).
I didn’t do another chin up for 2 years.
Safe to say they aren’t best friends anymore.
Bad Brad.
Sorry girls.
I was trained by fitness model champ Rob Riches because I couldn’t find any local trainers that were getting the results I wanted.
I didn’t mind paying the big bucks though. Investment in me 👍.
If I could go out to lunch with any celebrity, it would be Will Smith.
I was very intimidated the first time I stepped foot in the weight room.
So I can totally relate to your fears.
But if you don’t get out of your comfort zone, you’ll never get results.
I’d bet I wasted 624 hours in the gym doing the wrong workouts.
That’s about 26 days, 24 hours/day, of wasted workouts.
No wonder I was as frustrated with my lack of results.
But I didn’t give up.
My commitment, discipline, and hunger to live up to my potential are my biggest assets.
If I knew then what I know now about the right type of workouts and food, but no regrets.
My long-term goal is to live to 120 years old.
I’m serious.
It’s possible.
I’ll prove it.
I love Dairy Queen Blizzards…mmm…Skor…
…and pizza 🍕.
It was for my wife on our wedding day.
I hope your realize, I suffer from the same fears as you, but I’m committed to getting out of my comfort zone and taking action.
Are you?
What are your fears?
Can I help?
Become our next success story.
Remember, you’re not alone.
