Sulfate And Paraben Free Men’s Hair Styling Products

On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, I’m sharing a few of my favorite healthy hair styling products for men, that are sulfate and paraben free.

That’s right, I’m talking about a different side of health today.

Rather than talking about the things you’re putting in your body, we’re focusing on what you’re putting on your body.

Alright, you may be asking:

Brad, dude, you’re a fitness, nutrition, and health guy, so why are you talking about hair styling products for men?

Well, it’s simple.

I’ve decided to re-brand our Live Lean TV YouTube channel as, “Live Stylish TV”.

How To Style Your Hair For Men

Follow these 5 steps to style your hair:

  • First Step: Shampoo hair and rinse.
  • Second Step: Condition hair, leave in for 2 minutes, and rinse.
  • Third Step: Towel dry hair.
  • Fourth Step: Add a healthy hair styling product.
  • Fifth Step: Style into a top knot, i.e. the man bun.

All right, I’m obviously kidding.

I’ll stick to the Live Lean TV concept, for now.

But seriously.

Are Your Hair Products Stealing Your Manhood?

Here’s how Living Lean and your hair styling products all ties together.

As a health professional, it’s my duty to bring to light, the following little talked about issue.

The issue of the unhealthy manhood robbing chemicals, that are being added to your hair styling products.

Before I explain this further, I’m interested in knowing the following.

Do you ever read the ingredients label on your hair styling products?

Tell me now, in the comment section below.

Always Read The Ingredients List On Your Hair Products

I’d be willing to bet the majority of people don’t read the ingredients label on their hair styling products.

This means most people are not aware that the ingredients you put on your body, whether it’s on your skin or your hair, are often filled with unnatural and unhealthy chemicals.

I say unhealthy, because a lot of hair styling products contain chemicals that can mimic the hormone estrogen in the body.

Toxic Skincare Ingredients

These estrogen mimicking chemicals are called xenoestrogens.

Xenoestrogens can be terrible for men’s natural testosterone production, and bad for women’s overall health.

So yes, just like I’m educating your to read ingredients on food labels, as a Live Leaner, I’m also telling you that you should also be reading the ingredients list on your cosmetic and hair products.

Avoid These 3 Unhealthy Ingredients In Your Hair Styling Products

Here are the 3 unhealthy ingredients to look out for.

Do your best to avoid hair styling products that contain the words:

  • parabens
  • sulfates
  • phthalates

Now I admit, it was tough finding a brand of men’s hair styling products that not only works, but also does not contain these 3 manhood destroying xenoestrogens.

But fortunately, I found a brand of men’s healthy hair styling products to share with you.

  3. Sorry dude, not for me. I have never used hair products. Shampoo, that’s

areas. Not my hair. Thanks for the info though.
