By the way, it’s not paleo, keto, vegan, or intermittent fasting.

Tiff @TheFemGeek on Twitter asks: I just started working out, so I’m mainly training on the bike at home. Would your daily meal plans be good for me? What is your best nutrition tip?
Let’s be real.
Our philosophy on nutrition is to simply eat real food.
So how could that simplified nutrition tip not work for everybody?
We don’t recommend “crazy diet pills” or zero carbohydrate diets, or any other weird diet plan.
Obviously there are more advanced nutrition tip progressions, if you’re already primarily eating real whole food.
However, if you’re just beginning, focus the majority of your diet on eating real, one ingredient, whole foods first.
Everybody can follow the nutrition tips that we’ve posted on our Live Lean TV YouTube channel.
You can also follow every recipe from our Eat Clean Live Lean cookbook.
I want to be clear and make sure we get this message across.
It seems a lot of people are wondering if our Live Lean programs will work for them, because of [insert issue here].
We have good news.
Our nutrition and workout philosophies work for everyone because we only focus on teaching the foundational aspects of fitness.
We’re not selling magic mushrooms or any other quick fix fads.
Cleaning up your diet and focusing on mostly healthy whole real foods, is truly the best way to start Living Lean.

In addition to these success stories, there are so many other people that tell us how they got amazing results from our teaching.
However they don’t show it, because they find it hard to put themselves out there, and share photos of their half naked bodies on the internet.

Seeing these success photos is really powerful for people who are intimidated, or unsure, if our Live Lean programs are going to work for them.
It always helps to see that other people have been there and succeeded.

Once we receive them, we’ll get back to you about showcasing them on our website, and social media, to inspire more people.
Although we really love to see these transformations, it’s not about us.
These transformation photos are more about inspiring other people to follow your lead.
So if you’re on the fence about sharing your before and after photos, just think of someone who’s in the same position that you were in when you started.
Think about how much your photos could help inspire them.
