The Live Lean Mobility video training program includes 7 mobility workouts that are designed to prepare your body for peak performance, improved movement patterns, and ultimately provide better, long-term, healthy results.
Each workout is approximately 10 minutes in length.
These mobility workouts are considered a “plugin” program. This simply means they are to be combined with a traditional strength training program like Live Lean Strength, Live Lean Mass, Live Lean Afterburn, our monthly Team Live Lean training programs, or any of our other Live Lean full body strength training programs.
The Live Lean Mobility workouts can be completed before and/or after your strength training program. They are also designed to be completed on your rest days as part of your active recovery. They can be completed anytime during the day, including in the morning.
You can do them at the gym while following along to the videos on your mobile phone/tablet/smart TV, or you can do them at home or outdoors.
Although it’s recommended you invest a few bucks in these mobility tools, you can simply replace those mobility workouts with any other equipment-free mobility flow or workouts included in the program.
