Yes. We understand injuries can be very frustrating to train around. That’s why we make ourselves available to you in a private Facebook group. This is where we answer all your questions and help you find alternative exercises, including if you’re a beginner. You can even post a video and we can critique your form.

Although we recommend you get the most out of our programs by consuming them digitally (because we occasionally update and improve our programs), we understand having the ability to download is important to some of you. Therefore you can download and print the workouts. Just go plant a tree to make up for it.
Yes, if you use an iOs device. To get the app, go to the Apple App Store and search for “Teachable”, download it, and login. If you don’t use an iOs device, you can still login to your account via the website on your mobile device.
Although some of the recipes could be vegan, we do not provide specific vegan meal plan options. The majority of our recipes are higher in protein and healthy fat, and lower in sugary carbohydrates. If we had to label it, the majority of our meal plans and recipes would be close to the Paleo Diet.
Depending on the training style, each workout is designed to be completed between 30-60 minutes.
Although supplements are not required, we do provide a tiny list of foundational supplements that most people can benefit from.
