On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, I’m sharing one of my favorite tasty scrambled eggs recipes, that can be made in just 8 minutes.
If you want to live the lean lifestyle, you need to make healthy eating a priority during your day.
Regardless of how busy you are, I’m showing you how to put together a high quality protein breakfast recipe, in a short period of time.
Many Live Lean TV viewers have asked for ideas on how to cook fast, healthy, and high protein breakfast recipes.
The first thing I always recommend is eggs.
Unfortunately when I mention this, the majority of people immediately “think” eggs take too long.
On today’s Brad’s Cookbook segment, I’m showing you how to put together one of my healthy, fast, and quick, high protein scrambled eggs recipes for breakfast.
This breakfast contains loads of high quality, muscle building protein, as well as appetite suppressing healthy fats.
I’m talking about approximately 20 grams of protein, with no sugar.
How do you think that compares to your sugar filled box of cereal?
Nice trade in my opinion.
Cereal is probably enemy number two or three when it comes to processed foods.
Get processed cereal out of your diet and replace with this healthy Mexican scrambled eggs recipe.
I’m going to show you how to make scrambled eggs in less than 8 minutes.
But you may be saying to yourself, “But Brad, you already have some of the ingredients diced up. I don’t have enough time to do that in the morning”.
Well guess what?
You don’t have to dice up these ingredients every morning.
I dice up these ingredients maybe 1-2 times per week.
For example, if I’m using diced onion in a recipe, I will dice up one or two onions during that time, then I’ll store the onion in Tupperware, so it’s ready to go.
Then the next day, I’ll go to the fridge and it’s already diced up.
All I need to do is throw it in the pan to fry it up.
Rather than prepping ingredients for just one meal, prep your ingredients in bulk, so they are ready to add to other meals.
Another option is buying a cheap mini food processor.
Here’s a link to a good one that costs around $35.
You can simply add a full onion, press the chop button, and it’s diced up in less than five seconds.
It’s a very good investment for quick food prep.
And to prove that this healthy, high protein Mexican scrambled eggs recipe is quick to make, set your timer to track how long it takes.
I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
Time in!
Here are the healthy ingredients and quick instructions on how to make this tasty Mexican scrambled eggs recipe for breakfast, or for any meal of the day.
