I have recently found a diet that says: no carbohydrates (max 40 a day) and eat the same kind of food every day. in other words salad and chinken only (plus water to drink). It says tthat you can loose op to 0.5 kilo a day (1.1 punds) First of all is it healthy? and if it is, is it then good to put in with the P90X training program?

I don’t eat salads alot, because when i do i don’t use dressing because i can’t find a good healthy one. So i go about 2 days of eating a big healthy salad (no dressing) and i give up on it. I still do the veggie drink for dinner w some protein like i stated before as much as possible, especially to get my greens in. This salad looks pretty good ,the lime might do the trick for me , along with the orange. definately going to try it, and very pumped for that recipe book. Just made your turkey burgers the other night, a nd they were delicious. Also did the meltdown last night and loved it! Make it fun, but challenging at the same time, you know what your doing.
Any substitute for chicken, for vegetarians

YUM! I love the flavor of Orange Sesame so I must give this a try! You’re right… healthy eating doesn’t have to be time consuming or expensive or bland!!
yeah!! thanks! we had a great time filming it. Yes! It’s so much easier to eat healthy when you make bigger quantities and save some for later. That way you’re not cooking all day every day. Pre-Prepping is the way to go!
