1tbspplain greek yogurt(or swap for cashew, coconut, or almond yogurt)
Instructions
Add 1/2 cup of rolled oats and 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk to a pot. If needed, add just enough water so the oats are completely submerged in liquid.
Heat the oats on the stove according to the package directions. If you’re using rolled oats they should only take a few minutes to cook.
Once the oats are cooked, remove from the heat and add a packet of stevia and one serving of vanilla or chocolate protein powder to the pot. Stir it up to mix the protein powder with the oats.
Add the oats to a bowl and top with one sliced banana and 3 sliced strawberries.
Top it off with 1 tbsp greek yogurt or cashew, almond, or coconut yogurt.
