How To Make An Easy Beef Burrito Paleo Wrap Recipe
Instructions
  1. Spray a frying pan with a little bit of avocado oil cooking spray, then pre-heat the pan over medium high heat.
  2. Next, add 4 oz of thinly pre-chopped mushrooms, 1/2 pre-chopped red bell pepper, and 1/2 pre-chopped green bell pepper to the frying pan.
  3. Spray the vegetables with a little spray of the avocado oil cooking spray, then allow them to heat up in the pan for approximately 1 minute.
  4. Add in some flavor by topping off the vegetable mixture with 1/2 tsp of diced garlic and some black pepper to taste.
  5. After heating up the vegetables for approximately 2 minutes, remove them from the frying pan, then add the frying pan back on the heat.
  6. Add a little more avocado oil cooking spray to the frying pan, then crumble the ground beef and heat it up for approximately 4-5 minutes, or until browned and cooked throughly.
  7. Once the ground beef is almost browned, add a little bit of flavor by adding in 1 tbsp of worcestershire sauce, then mix it all together until the ground beef is completely cooked throughout.
  8. Once the ground beef is done, add the vegetable mixture back to the frying pan and stir it together with the ground beef. This beef and vegetable mixture will go inside the paleo lettuce wraps.
  9. Remove the beef and vegetable mixture from the heat, then add it to a glass food storage container.
  10. Add 2-3 leaves of bibb lettuce to a plate. You can also use Boston, butter, or romaine lettuce. These are all good lettuce wrap options as well.
  11. Use the lettuce leaves as the shell for your wrap, then scoop some of the beef and vegetable mixture and place it inside the lettuce wrap.
  12. Add some chopped tomatoes to the top of the lettuce wraps, then wrap it and eat.
  13. There you go ladies and gentlemen, that is your little snack.
