Thinly slice up 1 head of romaine lettuce, 1 red onion, and 2 jalepeno peppers, then add it to a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix together 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 tbsp of dijon mustard, 1 tbsp of red wine vinegar, and a dash of salt and black pepper, then shake it up or stir it together.
Thinly slice the flank steak, then add it to a bowl.
Marinate the steak with 1 tbsp of mustard, 1 tbsp of olive oil, and some salt and black pepper, then stir it all together.
Sear the steak over higher heat for a few minutes until cooked to your liking.
Add the steak over the salad, then add the salad dressing over the salad.
