Fry 1 piece of bacon in a pan for 2-3 minutes per side.
To make the wrap, butterfly the chicken breast by slicing it lengthwise, without cutting all the way through.
Flatten the chicken breast with a fork, then season with salt and black pepper.
Cook the chicken in the same pan as the bacon fat for approximately 4 minutes per side or until slightly browned.
Spread one tbsp of mayonnaise on the both sides of the chicken, then break the bacon in half and add on top, followed by the chopped arugula, 2 slices of tomato, and 2 slices of avocado.
