MCT oil

Instructions
Brew one cup of coffee in a mug.
Add 1 tbsp of MCT oil, 1 tbsp of grass fed butter, and 1/4 tsp of stevia powder (optional).
In a blender, add the coffee, then blend for 10-20 seconds until frothy.
Pour the coffee back into your mug and enjoy.
