Ingredients
  • 1lbs ground turkey(lean)
  • 1/2medium onion(finely diced)
  • 1tsp thyme(dried)
  • 3cloves garlic(diced)
  • 8medium carrots
  • 1tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1cup pasta sauce
  • to taste salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350F.
  2. In a bowl, mix 1 lbs of ground turkey, 1/2 medium finely diced onion, 2 diced garlic cloves, 1 tsp of thyme, and lastly, salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. Now it’s time to get your hands dirty and mix all the ingredients together in the bowl.
  4. Add tin foil to a baking sheet, then form the turkey mixture into golf ball sized meatballs, then add to the baking sheet lined with tin foil.
  5. Bake the meatballs for approximately 20 minutes, or until cooked throughly.
  6. While the meatballs bake, use a peeler to peel the carrots into a bowl. This will turn the carrots into pasta.
  7. In a pan over medium heat, add 1 tbsp of coconut oil, 1 diced garlic clove, and the peeled carrots. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the carrots are heated throughly, then set aside.
  8. Once the meatballs are finished, add them to the pan with the carrot spaghetti, and top with 1 cup of pasta sauce. Stir everything together and enjoy.
