Ingredients
  • 3small chicken breastdiced into nuggets
  • 1tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/4cup almondsdiced
  • 1tbsp Chia Seeds
  • dash Sea Salt
  • dash Black Pepper
  • 1/4cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4cup Water
  • 1 Egg white
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven at 400 F.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, add the diced chicken.
  4. Add 1/4 of water and 1 egg white and mix into the chicken.
  5. Remove chicken from the liquid and toss it into the dry mixture.
  6. Bake for 10 mins, flip, bake for another 5-6 mins.
  7. Enjoy.
