If you are using wooden skewers make sure you first soak them in water for 20-30 minutes.
Heat the grill over medium high heat.
To make the chicken marinade, add the following ingredients to a mixing bowl: 1/4 cup of coconut oil, 1 tbsp of honey, 1 tbsp of tamari sauce, a dash of black pepper, a dash of cinnamon, a dash of ground ginger, and a dash of ground cloves.
Add the marinade mixture to a frying pan to melt the coconut oil for approximately 30 seconds.
In a big mixing bowl, add the diced chicken, then pour the melted marinade over the chicken.
Mix it all together to ensure the marinade covers all the chicken.
Skewer the marinated chicken, add them to the grill, then cook for 4-6 mins per side.
Sprinkle the chicken skewers with 1/4 cup of almond flour to add extra texture and healthy fat.
