Instructions
In a blender, add 1 cup of water and 5 ice cubes to give the shake a thicker smoothie consistency that is cold and refreshing.
Add one serving of chocolate whey protein powder (discount links to our favorite brands below) and 1 tsp of cacao powder for a great source of antioxidants.
If you want to add some extra sweetness, add 1 packet of stevia. Stevia is a natural sweetener that comes from a plant. This is different than artificial sweeteners, like Splenda, that contain chemicals.
Once all the ingredients are added to the blender, add the top, and blend this bad boy up.
Pour your Choc-o-LATE protein shake into a nice sized glass and it’s now ready to drink.
